Entry-Level & Early Career Path

ROSE offers a well-defined career path with significant opportunities for growth. Our Accounting Associate and Staff positions are the start of a long-term career in FaaS. Accounting Associates are typically responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of a wide range of functional activities:

ROSE has made the commitment to establish the ROSE Scholar Endowed Scholarship for R.H. Smith School Athletes through the University of Maryland College Park Foundation, Inc. This fund will provide merit-based scholarships for undergraduate business students.
