COVID-19 Update: Ensuring Continued Service

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns are elevating each day and we are all hopeful this health issue will be contained with a remedy in a reasonable amount of time. RFS’ number one priority is the safety and well-being of our people, clients, families, and the communities in which we live and work.  We are assessing the situation daily, remaining vigiliant, and following recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities.

To ensure that our clients’ finance, accounting and tax operations continue to function, we have implemented a  work from home  plan of action and would like to share with you the details of our program:

  • RFS has invested in future forward remote technologies and systems that allow our staff to work remotely.  This includes positioning all of our servers in the cloud, designing RFSWorkflow™to allow our staff to serve clients regardless of location, and moving to a 100% virtual communication platform.
  • Until further notice, RFS moved to an all remote work protocol. Rest assured that regardless of their work location, RFS will ensure that all staff can continue working to achieve critical client deadlines. Our IT infrastructure has adequate redundancy and can accommodate any level of outside impacts.
  • We expanded our communication systems to support all required meetings and coordination efforts through electronic means. This effort includes voice, video, text, document sharing, and other associated applications. These alternative communication methods will substitute for face-to-face meetings.

Please understand that RFS has always considered our staff and clients our most valuable assets. The program that we have put into action will provide an extra safeguard for all of us and ensure our continued service to you.

As we navigate this time of uncertainty together, please feel free to reachout if you need us.  We hope that you and your loved ones continue on a safe path ahead.
