The Customer Experience: More than Just a Journey, It’s a Path to Success!

Rose Report Customer ExperienceCustomer Experience (CX) is a hot button term making its way into every corner of the business world—from job titles to websites to corporate mission statements. But, what does it really mean? According to Definitions.net, customer experience is the sum of all experiences a customer has with a supplier of goods and/or services, over the duration of their relationship with that supplier. However, CX doesn’t stop there.

CX is a two-way street. Companies that have a great product or service will fall short if they do not provide a positive customer journey. The same is true of companies that offer great customer experiences but don’t have the product or solution that lives up to client expectations. For example, you go to the hottest restaurant in town—the food is amazing but the waiter brings it to you cold.

CX focuses on ensuring extraordinary experiences at all touchpoints your customers have with your brand, company, staff, and products or services. Ultimately, a successful CX involves getting to know your customers’ needs so well that you can develop tailored experiences that far exceeds their expectations.

Our Client Growth Consultants, Frank and Bryan, are working with our Partners to help RFS clients identify their victory condition.  What are the goals that our clients need to accomplish for them to declare victory at the end of this year and in the future?  Once goals are established, RFS’ Client Growth Consultants work with our Partners and staff to configure a solution that moves our clients towards their goals while exceeding expectations along the way.

Frank possesses a unique combination of accounting, client service, and marketing experience. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science, Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining RFS, Frank was a Staff Accountant at a local CPA firm and a Client Services Manager at Raymond James.

Bryan is an experienced professional with demonstrated success in the customer service industry. He possesses a Master of Business Administration focused in Business Administration, Management and Operations from University of Maryland University College. Prior to joining RFS, Bryan was a Sales Associate at Amazon and a Sales Specialist at Peloton.
