Office Administrator and HR Assistant

Great opportunity for a high energy, aspiring HR professional. Rose Financial Solutions, the area’s premiere finance and accounting outsourcing solutions firm is searching for a confident, service-oriented individual to join the team as Office Administrator and HR Assistant.

Our Office Administrator/HR Assistant supports our clients and colleagues through:

Efficient, consistent, friendly execution of front desk and reception responsibilities
Creative and timely support of HR initiatives and activities, including recruiting and employee engagement projects
Timely and accurate maintenance of HR systems and processes.
Specifically, this energetic, enthusiastic individual

Assists with new hire orientation, and on-boarding
Provides input and support for staff recruitment process (including drafting job descriptions, posting and sourcing open positions, scheduling interviews)
Tracks recruitment activities of candidates in RFS’ application tracking system (currently Taleo)
Evaluates job boards and online services for potential recruitment use
Maintains job description library and updates, as needed
Coordinates the research, planning and execution of various company events
Manages the distribution of mail/email correspondences
Oversees conference room schedules and meeting event set-up
Stocks and maintains tidiness of supply room and break areas, including coffee machine maintenance
Answers phone rollovers
Assists with the arrival of guests
Serves as facilities liaison to building management
Other administrative tasks as needed
