Human Resource Generalist
Summary of Position:
The Human Resources Generalist will enjoy a wide variety of challenging work by providing critical HR services to businesses in a wide variety of industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist client managers and employees with:
General HR Compliance oversight including new hire, DOL reporting, workers’ compensation and unemployment support
Administration of HRIS system
Management of onboarding process
Employee help desk support
Time administration and PTO balances
Health and other insurance support
Retirement plan support
Exit strategy and support
Assist on client special projects as needed
Assist on internal human resources projects as needed
2-5 years human resources experience including work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role
Hands-on experience with databases and HRIS software
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and in a friendly manner both orally and written
Able to easily switch between a wide variety of tasks and balance competing priorities
