ACCOUNT MANAGER

Summary of Position:

The Account Manager will manage existing RFS client account management matters including supporting partners with identifying, tracking and advocating for renewals and new business opportunities. Account Manager will manage and update CRM including creating and updating client estimates, statements of work and related sales records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary internal contact for all existing client account management matters, including direct communication with clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with current client stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Forecast and track existing client account and existing client sales metrics
  • Create and prepare ad hoc reports and perform data analysis as required
  • Timely and accurate creation of current client estimates, statements of work and projects
  • Assist with research, configuration and customization of system functionalities
  • Maintenance of system settings
  • Assist with documentation of policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Other duties as requested 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • 2-4 years’ experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Solid experience with CRM, ERP or similar project management/sales process software
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well under pressure and thrives while meeting challenging deadlines
  • Expertise with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
    • Advanced Excel skills preferred (vlookups, data manipulation formulas)
