ENTRY LEVEL CAREER PATH

RFS offers a well-defined career-path with significant opportunities for growth within the firm. The Accounting Associate position is the start to a long-term career in finance and accounting outsourcing. Entry-level Accounting Associates are typically responsible timely and accurate delivery of tasks such as: uploading and coding accounts payable invoices, batching invoices for payment, preparing payroll, and performing bank reconciliations. As you continue your formal education and grow within the firm, you will become exposed more financial accounting and monthly closing procedures.

JUNIOR DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining connections between accounting databases and data sources, developing reports and utilities.

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities include overseeing A/P, A/R, payroll, FA and general ledger functions for multiple clients and supervising and mentoring staff.

ACCOUNTING SENIOR

Responsibilities include reviewing accounts payable and cash disbursements for multiple clients, reviewing billings and receivables, reviewing cash receipts, and performing bank and other account reconciliations.

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities include assisting with preparation of journal entries and month-end closings, including financial statement preparation for multiple clients and reviewing accounts payable and cash disbursements for multiple clients.

ACCOUNTING SENIOR, DISBURSEMENTS

Responsibilities include the management of the delivery of timely and accurate disbursement services (accounts payable processing) for multiple clients.

ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

CLIENT CONTROLLER & TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities include providing clients with outsourced accounting solutions including: managing month-end closes, preparing financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and GL, financial analysis, cash management, etc.

ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities include providing timely and accurate financial information to clients: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, etc.
